Submission Guidelines


MUSIC SUBMISSIONS
 

  • All music entries must be fully mastered and complete. Demo recordings are not eligible.

  • Album/EP categories: one entry = one complete, full-length album or one EP 3-5 songs; 25 minutes or less

  • Song categories: one entry = one complete song

  • Music Video (Concept): one entry = one video of a song, video of single track 10 minutes or less

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
 

  • ENTRY DEADLINE: Midnight EST, THIS Friday, March 1, 2019.  The IGAA reserves the right to extend the deadline.

  • You may enter the same song, album, or EP in up to 3 categories per entry.

  • You may submit as many entries as you wish.  Each song or EP/album counts as a separate entry.  Nominal fee: $35 per entry

  • Submissions by mail will not be accepted.

  • Payments will be accepted online only through credit card.

 

 

SUBMISSION PROCESSING FEE:  $35 per entry (up to 3 categories)

The processing fee helps to offset the cost of nomination process as well as marketing support and other expenses for presenting

the show.  This is NOT a pay to win model. There are NO additional fees for promotion. The small fee we charge DOES NOT

guarantee nomination or an award.  Only the quality of your submission makes you eligible for nomination.
