Roderick Jemison currently serves as C.E.O of Jemison & Associates and has more than 18 years of marketing experience. Roderick is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. His is a graduate of Alabama A&M University where he received a B.S. Degree in Marketing. For over 15 years he has graced the Gospel Music Industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with such artist as Juanita Bynum, Steven Curtis Chapman, Yolanda Adams, Donnie McClurkin, Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, Be Be & Ce Ce Winans and many others.

Roderick is one of the most respected Gospel Music Executives in the industry. The only African American to work at all major Christian and Gospel Music Distributors (Sparrow Records now EmI, Benson Records now Provident, Word Records, and Warner Brothers), Roderick has an in-depth and inside track into what it takes to make it in the business. Additionally, he served as the Director of Distribution for the largest Gospel Music Distribution Company in the United States.
